(2) Foreign low alloy steel is actually the low alloy high-strength steel we are familiar with. It belongs to the category of special steel. In the United States, it is called high-strength low alloy steel (HSLA-Steel), and in Eastern European countries, it is called low alloy construction steel and high tensile steel. In China, low alloy steel was previously included in the scope of general steel. The difference in concept is the difference in product.
