Stainless steel metal injection molding

So far, austenitic NiCr steel 316L and martensitic hardening steel 17-4PH and 316L stainless steel are widely used in MIM metal injection molding. They have excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media. Among them, 316L belongs to the American standard austenitic steel. Solid stainless steel, with good comprehensive mechanical properties, excellent process performance and weldability, so it has been widely used. In MIM in European and American countries, 316L accounts for about 80% of stainless steel. In my country, similar to Europe and the United States, 316L stainless steel is mainly used.
